For U.S. customers:

Due to new customs restrictions and policy, we can only ship non-food items. Please review our U.S. shipping disclaimer* before placing any orders.

U.S. Shipping Disclaimer*:

  • We are NOT responsible for any destruction, seizure, or refusal of goods by U.S. Customs (no refund issued).
  • Orders may be subject to import tariffs, taxes, duties, and other fees levied by the U.S. Customs, which are billed directly to receiver.
    As the recipient, you are the importer of record and must comply with all applicable laws. Customers are responsible for understanding the importation regulations.

    Currently, we do not offer self-pick up service.

    Please allow 1-3 business days for order delivery and fulfillment. Orders will be shipped via a courier service selected based on your shipping address. Please note that we do not ship with Canada Post, and we do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.

    LOCAL DELIVERY 🚚

    We aim to deliver local orders within 1-3 business days. Deliveries are made by our team as we do our best to deliver your order fast! If there's any delay, we will notify you by email or SMS . 

    * Delivery Area: Vancouver / Burnaby / Richmond / West Vancouver / North Vancouver

    We prefer to leave packages at front door or in a safe place (concierge, parcel room or smart locker) if possible. Please provide buzzer# or any delivery instructions you'd like us to know. Unsuccessful deliveries may be redelivered for a fee.


    Refused Shipments

    If a shipment is refused by recipient or returned to us at the customer's request, the original shipping fee is non-refundable. A reshipping fee will be required for any subsequent delivery. Please note that transaction fees will also not be refunded.
